How does the treatment work?
Depending on the degree of laxity, a strip of the posterior vaginal wall is removed, fat grafting is performed, or both are combined.
The narrowing is carefully measured internally and the mucosa is sutured in multiple layers with dissolvable sutures.
With G-spot fat grafting, fat is harvested via liposuction from the thighs or abdomen and placed beneath the G-spot.

Planning

Aftercare
Paracetamol is usually sufficient. Showering, Betadine irrigation, topical antibiotic ointment, and sanitary pads form the basic care.

Avoid sexual intercourse, horseback riding, cycling, and motorcycling for at least six weeks. The sutures dissolve on their own.
