Consultation
We take a medical history, measurements, photos, and a 3D scan. Shape, size, asymmetry, and technique are discussed.
A buttock augmentation changes the shape and volume of the buttocks with implants, fat grafting, a lower body lift, or a combination.
If the buttocks are considered too small or insufficiently shaped, a buttock augmentation can be considered.
The treatment can add volume with implants or fat grafting, or lift excess skin with a lower body lift.
The chosen technique follows the dimensions, any asymmetry, and the desired contour.
During the consultation, we assess whether this treatment fits your situation.

Excess skin at the level of the buttocks
With implants, two vertical incisions are made in the gluteal cleft and the implant is placed between the gluteal muscles.
With fat grafting, fat is harvested from the abdomen, flanks, or inner thighs, processed, and reinjected through small openings. On average, 30% of the injected fat is reabsorbed (Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL).
With a lower body lift, excess skin and fat are removed; fat tissue can also be repositioned to a desired area on the buttock.
Implants
Volume with implants placed between the gluteal muscles.
Fat grafting
Your own fat from the abdomen, flanks, or thighs is processed and reinjected.
Lower body lift
Excess skin is removed and tissue can be repositioned to restore shape.

We take a medical history, measurements, photos, and a 3D scan. Shape, size, asymmetry, and technique are discussed.
Buttock augmentation is performed as day surgery and takes an average of two to four hours under general anesthesia; the exact duration and anesthesia depend on the chosen technique (implants, fat grafting, or lower body lift) and are discussed individually during the consultation.
Wear a compression garment day and night. Sutures can be removed after two weeks.
On average, do not sit for the first two weeks and do not sleep on your back. Avoid lifting and sports for six weeks; these timeframes may vary by technique.
Work can usually be resumed after approximately two weeks, depending on the chosen technique. Preventive antibiotics are prescribed for three days and scar treatment is initiated.
On average, approximately 30% of the injected fat can be reabsorbed (Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL). Therefore, an additional correction may be needed.
You may not sit for the first two weeks.
Usually from the abdomen, flanks, or inner thighs.
