How does the treatment work?
Through a fine incision in the natural crease beneath the nose, a small amount of skin is removed.
This subtly lifts the upper lip and gives it a more attractive shape. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, and you can go home the same day.

Preparation
If you smoke, we advise stopping for several weeks before and after the procedure. Certain blood-thinning medications or supplements are temporarily stopped when medically appropriate.

The procedure
The lip lift takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes under local anesthesia. You can go home the same day.

First days
Mild swelling, redness, and sometimes limited bruising are normal and usually subside within one to two weeks. Avoid intensive mouth movements, strenuous activity, and smoking.

Sutures and result
Sutures are removed after approximately one week. The scar gradually fades into the contour beneath the nose. The final result develops in the months after the procedure.
